Create your RNWSA account. If you already have a Thrive4/Love Admin membership, use the same email address so we can check its paid status and end date. Your RNWSA password is separate.

Serving and Reserve personnel can use an approved service email, unit and service number for automatic free membership; only the preferred sign-in email is verified. Veterans and civilians accompanying service personnel can sign up with a personal email and request manual membership validation. No service mailbox is required for them. Approved RNWSA members can view full event details, register and request lessons while an invoice is pending. Paid cover through the event start is required for geofence check-in and in-resort app access.

Membership route

Veterans and accompanying civilians are welcome to join. They do not need a service email address, but the Membership Secretary must manually validate those applications.

Sign-in and updates email

Choose the email you want to use to sign in and receive RNWSA updates. It can be your personal email, separate from your service address.

Service email

Use @mod.gov.uk, @royalnavymail.mod.uk or @nato.int. You only confirm your preferred sign-in email, even if it is different. Your approved service email domain and service number qualify you for automatic free RNWSA membership.

Type your unit in full. Overseas, NATO and joint postings are accepted; there is no approved-unit list. For example: JFC Brunssum, Netherlands.

These details are saved on your profile and reused for registration. Only the preferred sign-in email needs verification.
