RNWSA membership
Browse basic event overviews without signing in. Serving and Reserve personnel can qualify automatically with an approved service email, unit and service number. Veterans and civilians accompanying service personnel are welcome too; they can use a personal email and request manual membership validation. Once approved, members can view detailed event information, register and request lessons without paid cover. Active paid cover through the event start is required before geofence check-in; accepted check-in unlocks the in-resort app and activities.
If you have a legacy paid membership in Thrive4/Love Admin, use that account email so confirming your email links its paid status and end date automatically. New paid memberships are normally purchased online through PayPal; checkout is temporarily paused during PayPal’s account review. Thrive4 is used only for legacy checks.

Browse public eventsCreate one RNWSA account and verify serving or Reserve eligibility. Approved members can view full event details, register and request lessons whether or not they currently have paid cover.
Serving and Reserve personnel can provide an @mod.gov.uk, @royalnavymail.mod.uk or @nato.int address, their unit and service number. Only the preferred sign-in email needs confirmation; the service mailbox does not. Veterans and civilians accompanying serving personnel do not need a service email: select the matching route at sign-up and provide details for the Membership Secretary to validate manually. Your free membership remains pending until this review is complete.
Lesson fees for veterans and accompanying civilians: PayPal charges £100 for each week of lessons selected. If attending both weeks, choose a separate package for each week. Lesson payment checkout is temporarily paused during PayPal’s account review; your free member access and event registration are separate from this fee.
Create a free accountAnnual membership is £25 per person for an individual or £40 per person for a family membership. Life Membership is £175 as a one-off payment with no renewal. Online checkout is temporarily paused during PayPal’s account review. When available, annual auto-renewal is selected by default, with a one-year-only option. Paid cover through the event start is required for location-validated check-in from inside the event geofence. Accepted check-in unlocks racing, lesson allocations and other in-resort activities.
Paid membership and legacy checksNew membership payments are paused for the next two working days while PayPal completes its account review. Please check back on Tuesday 27 October 2026 for an update. Existing memberships and account access are unchanged.

Existing Thrive4/Love Admin paid memberships can be checked against the imported membership snapshot using the email address held there. Use that same email for your RNWSA account; choose a separate RNWSA password. Thrive4 is used only for legacy membership checks, not new payments.
